Schulte Table for Kids
A brand-new kids version with its own bright design, mascot and adventure. It opens only for kids accounts, which a parent creates in a minute.
- feature
Kids accounts: when signing up, choose “For my child”, pick a nickname and an animal avatar. The kids version opens only when the child signs in with that account.
- feature
Adventure map with 10 levels across Sunny Meadow (3×3), Ocean Bay (4×4) and Star Mountain (5×5), including countdown levels. Each finished board earns 1–3 stars and opens the next level.
- feature
Free play on 3×3, 4×4 or 5×5, counting up or down, plus a sticker book with 12 stickers to collect and personal best times.
- feature
A new public page at /kids for parents: explains how the kids version works, how to create a kids account and how children's data is handled — also linked from the site footer under “For Kids”.
- feature
Ollie the owl cheers along, with playful sounds (can be muted), big colourful tiles and a celebration after every board.
- feature
Grown-ups zone behind a parent check: see today's and this week's activity, change the nickname or avatar, change the password, sign out or delete the account.
- improvement
Kids accounts have no AI Coach and their results are never mixed into the community comparison of adult players.
- improvement
The Privacy Policy now has a dedicated section on kids accounts: we store only a nickname, an avatar and game results — no real name, no ads.
Precision Timing, Mistake Tracking & Account Controls
A full overhaul of the game engine, statistics and accounts: results are now measured to the hundredth of a second, wrong clicks are counted, Colour sessions work properly, and you can reset your password, sign in with Google or delete your account at any time.
- improvement
Game time is now measured precisely (to 0.01 s) from your first to your last correct click — the celebration animation no longer adds to your time.
- feature
Wrong clicks are counted for every game and shown in your history, Dashboard and session summary. The AI Coach uses them too.
- bugfix
Colour sessions now actually play the Colour grid, and you can pick Classic or Colour when setting up a session.
- bugfix
Counting down in Colour mode no longer asks for two red numbers in a row, and the Divergent variant counts black in the opposite direction as intended.
- bugfix
When time runs out, the game now records how many numbers you actually found (also in descending and Colour games).
- improvement
Time limits for large grids were raised based on real player data: 6×6 / 7×7 are now 90 s / 150 s in Classic and 120 s / 180 s in Colour.
- improvement
The Dashboard loads your complete history (no 1,000-game cap), counts only completed games for best and average times, separates Classic from Colour, and uses your local date for streaks.
- improvement
Games played offline are kept on your device and synced automatically when you are back online — never twice.
- feature
Sign in with Google, reset a forgotten password, and permanently delete your account and all its data from Settings.
- improvement
The AI Coach is now available only to signed-in players, with a fair daily message limit, and compares you with players of the same game type.
- improvement
Better accessibility: grid cells announce their number and colour to screen readers, and confetti respects the reduced-motion setting.
Full Search-Time Analytics for Colour Mode + 7×7 Dashboard
Per-number search times are now captured in Colour mode too, unlocking complete micro-analytics in the Dashboard and AI Coach for colour-mode trainers. The Dashboard also finally surfaces 7×7 grid data.
- bugfix
Colour Schulte Grid now records search times between correct clicks across all variants (single-focus, alternating, divergent) — previously colour-mode games saved no timing data, leaving colour-only users without micro-analytics in the Dashboard and AI Coach.
- improvement
AI Coach now receives full per-number timing metrics (consistency, pacing, fatigue patterns, stuck moments) for Colour mode sessions, matching the depth of analysis previously available only for Classic mode.
- improvement
Dashboard now includes a 7×7 grid filter tab — search-time heatmaps, KPIs and history for 7×7 sessions are no longer hidden from view.
Zen Mode First-Game Activation Fix
Zen mode now reliably hides the navigation on the very first game after entering /train, instead of only kicking in from the second game or after a refresh.
- bugfix
Zen mode now activates on the first game: an async settings sync was prematurely resetting the active-game state right after the first click, leaving the top and bottom bars visible. The reset effect now only fires on real training-mode changes, so the navigation hides immediately on the first interaction as intended.
Mode-Aware AI Coach & Zen Mode Layout Fix
AI Coach now correctly distinguishes Classic vs Colour mode across both session reviews and the chat drawer, and Zen mode no longer breaks the bottom layout when toggled mid-game.
- bugfix
Zen mode layout: bottom navigation no longer breaks on first activation during a game — the action button and content area now animate smoothly (300ms) in sync with the disappearing navigation, with no empty gap at the bottom
- improvement
AI Coach session review is mode-aware: after finishing a Session, the AI explicitly recognizes Classic vs Colour mode, stops mixing lifetime averages across modes, and never judges Colour-mode times against Classic benchmarks
- improvement
AI Coach chat (bottom drawer) parity: free-form chat now also splits stats by mode — per-game mode label in recent games, separate personal bests and averages for Classic vs Colour, percentiles cited only against Classic data, with an explicit caveat for Colour
Smarter AI Coach Recommendations
AI Coach now stops suggesting settings you already have enabled and proactively recommends Session and Colour modes based on your performance data.
- improvement
No-op filter: AI Coach no longer suggests enabling settings that are already active — server-side deterministic filter checks your current settings before sending suggestions
- feature
Proactive Session Mode recommendations: AI Coach suggests structured Session Mode when you have 15+ games, >75% success rate, and a daily training habit (3+ games/day)
- feature
Proactive Colour Mode recommendations: AI Coach suggests Colour Mode when you hit a plateau (10 games without improvement), show high consistency, or have played only Classic mode for 20+ games
- bugfix
Fixed missing "session" value in AI Coach training_mode enum — the model couldn't suggest Session Mode at all before, even when it would have been a perfect fit
AI Coach Polish & Smarter Model
AI Coach gets a smoother review experience with typewriter streaming, repositioned review panel, clickable article recommendations, and a smarter underlying model.
- feature
Typewriter animation in AI Coach session review — analysis now reveals character-by-character for a more natural, engaging reading experience

- feature
New "AI Coach Review" button in the Session Summary dialog — get an inline AI-powered analysis of the session you just finished, without leaving the dialog
- feature
Session Review analyzes session-specific micro-metrics: average time per number, consistency (stdDev), pacing (fatigue across the session), and identifies the exact number you got stuck on the most
- feature
AI detects intra-session trends — whether you sped up, slowed down, or stayed stable across the games of your session, and adapts feedback accordingly
- improvement
Session Summary dialog now scrollable on smaller screens so the AI Review panel and game breakdown always fit comfortably
- improvement
Session results now capture per-game searchTimes and reachedNumber for richer post-session analytics
Search Time Analytics
Deep peripheral vision metrics — track how fast you find each individual number, spot your slowest spots on the grid, and get diagnostic feedback from the AI Coach based on consistency, focus outliers, and fatigue patterns.
- feature
New "Avg Search Time" KPI card on the Dashboard showing your average time per number found over the last 7 days, with trend vs previous period
- feature
Search Time Heatmap chart visualizes how quickly you find each individual number in the grid — the 3 slowest numbers are highlighted with a contextual insight
- feature
New "Avg Search" column in Training History table showing per-game average time between consecutive correct clicks
- feature
AI Coach now diagnoses why you're slow, not just that you're slow — analyzes consistency (stdDev), pacing (fatigue), and specific stuck-numbers across your last 10 games
- improvement
Speed Development chart now has a monthly switcher (chevron arrows) and shows the monthly average time inline in the header — no more endless 60-day timeline
- improvement
